Your responsibilities

  • You will set marketing and sales plans for your areas of responsibility.
  • Jointly with Front-end sales team, you will meet clients to market Hitachi ENERGY offering and actively drive your sales pursuits.
  • Identify the target price and the winning bidding strategy.
  • Formulate a competitive bid strategy and with the service solution team and make sure to deliver on the same.
  • Derive a technical solution matching our customer requirements together with the engineering team.
  • There is a high level of responsibility where you need to take ownership of your opportunities and deliver according to deadlines, readiness to report to senior management from time to time is a must.
  • Actively find out short- and long-term opportunities to increase sales within own area of responsibility.
  • Promote our newly developed solutions helping our customers in their digital transformation journey.
  • Balances short term success with long term effectiveness.
  • Takes initiative in complex tasks and projects.
  • You will be the key player handling and keeping our opportunities updated in Sales Force and negotiate with internal and external clients and suppliers.
  • Engage in creating good relationships internally as well as externally on a long-term basis. The highlight of this job is to find the winning sales strategy, guide our tender managers and to finally help to negotiate and close deals with our clients.
  • Administration and structure are important parts of the work.
  • The candidate must be open for domestic travels in this position.

Your background

  • We are looking for experienced, self-motivated and reliable team player with an independent and result oriented working style, as well as strong communicative and collaborative skills.
  • More than 5 Years of experience in Sales in Grid Automation ( Automation and communication or Battery Energy Storage) preferably Service Sales background and Grid Automation systems and Service.
  • You consider yourself to be an energetic, supportive and self-confident person who can handle both ups and downs and manage problems that may occur.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • As you will be working in a global environment, fluency in English and Mandarin, written and spoken alike is a must.
