Job description

The Lead for Fintech - Cash Loan is the overall owner of cash loans and other financing products to buyers and sellers in the Tokopedia ecosystem. This role is the link between all the cross-functional teams in Tokopedia, the GoTo ecosystem, and our lending partner(s).

Job Description:

  • Own business OKRs for Cash Loan business OKRs with lending partners
  • Work cross-functionally with other BUs, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives
  • Define the business growth plan with other stakeholders by identifying a focus for initiatives and prioritizing product/marketing/ other resource investments
  • Work with analytics, research, and operations to provide customer insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through targeted interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback
  • Develop and manage a budget and operating plan and ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum S-1 University Degree from a reputable university for any major discipline, preferably Business, Mathematics, or Engineering. An Advanced Degree is a plus
  • Minimum 3-6 years experience in technology / financial services/ or consulting industry
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of all growth strategies/marketing, and project/program management. Good to have financial services /fintech lending experience
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams groups & divisions at all levels (e.g. management, team leaders, advisors)
  • Good judgment and ability to work independently including self-motivation
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Positive and flexible attitude to work particularly new initiatives
  • Ability to produce statistical reports and presentations for a wide-ranging and specific audience
  • Strong Problem Solving, financial planning, and communication skills
  • Well versed in productivity and tools including Google Docs, Jira, Asana, etc
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
