Job description-Develop a strong, trusting relationship with each team member through internal programs such as team activities, big day celebration, fun - slack based activities, etc.
-Ensuring that the end-to-end HR process from onboarding - learning journey - offboarding supports a positive employee experience (and the other stakeholders) at all times.
- Updating our internal databases with accurate employee data.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like activities report).
- Actively research the trends of employee experience that fit in a startup company that applied for full remote work.
- Actively participated in regards to the feedback discussion about the regulations or policies.
- Major in Psychology or HR Management (or any related major).
- Undergraduates & fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have great public speaking and are self-motivated.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- A knack of creative skills, critical & logical thinking and a fast learner.
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have experienced/learned employee experience and engagement.
- Strong passion and active in the social world.
- Good English (Written is a must).
- Available for at least 4 months.
- Complete any 3 challenges in the Campaign #ForChange app that reflects your personal social mission.
