The Operations Coordinator will coordinate and provide administrative services and exceptional planning and coordination to support Climateworks’ operations in South East Asia. The role will act as a key liaison point between various organisations to ensure effective relationship management between these teams.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing Climateworks’ operational processes and guidelines for South East Asia. The role will coordinate workshops and events, collaborating with event managers and managing stakeholder engagement. The Operations Coordinator will plan and implement complex administrative processes and systems such finance management and operational services.
The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in a relevant field with extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in administrative support. Demonstrated experience coordinating functions and administrative processes in an office environment and advanced computer literacy is required for success in this role. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, highly developed organisational skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
