Job description
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Very good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • 1-2 years of working experience as a Secretary would be advantageous.

  • Reporting to General Manager and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Performing other relevant duties as requested by General Manager.
  • Maintain the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner.
  • Taking care of facility management and maintenance (maintain flower and plant services, arranging carpet and air-con cleaning), relation to service providers, vendors, and building management.
  • In charge of compliance, particularly performing document review, providing compliance training.
  • In charge of company social responsibility programs, preparing facilities for scheduled events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flight, hotel reservation, transportation, etc.).
  • Taking care about drivers schedule and company cars’ availability, registration process on time, regular checking and maintenance, renew parking permit.
  • Assisting expatriates to get or renew driver’s license.
  • Handling business card, marketing materials, and international shipping order.
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Managing internal correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Ordering office and apartment supplies.
