About Cloud & Network Services
Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia’s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.
Primary rob responsibilities:
Work closely with all the PMs/TPMs to oversee and coordinate across all projects (Packet Core, CS Core, Security, Business Application, etc.) in all accounts in Indonesia,
Bring structure into delivery setup, including supporting the PMs in resource planning (which is one of the biggest issue for our projects in Indonesia),
Ownership of all Customer escalation, Technical or non-technical across CNS projects,
Chair the Steering Co meetings, VP/CXO meetings and also any adhoc meetings that are called by Customer (weekly project meetings to be run by the PM/ Lead PM as it is today)
Track the Financial status of all projects and ensure project adherence to committed timelines,
Bring about better coordination between “Project” work and “Care” work,
Tighten the Contract understanding, especially around Services scope - so that we don’t have ambiguity on scope we missed out planning the delivery for or delivering scope that was outside contract
Your skills and experience
15 years of experience in Telecommunication with at least 5 years as Delivery Head or Program Director managing large Tier-1 accounts.
A minimum of 12 years commercial experience in telecom is required, with at least 5 years’ experience as PM delivering to an external end-customer in the Telco Operator domain
Experience with profit and loss management of complex projects
Experience in delivering cloud project and/or 5G Network
Understanding of either or all of 4G, Cloud, IMS, SDM and 5G Core knowledge is a must.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written.
