Role and responsibilities or main accountabilities
- Directly responsible for order commitment, scheduling of sales orders, on-time delivery, inventory impact and cash flow performance for customer service orders under services contracts
- Ensure service orders are accurately recorded in SAP
- Ensure financial data is accurately recorded in SAP and/or GEOS
- Ensure compliance with Business Process Management System (BPMS)
Location: Indonesia Job purpose:
- Coordinate and communicate project delivery and cost requirements to the key support functions or client to meet schedule shipments in a quality and cost-effective manner
- Consolidate and analyse information from Project, Product, Engineering, Supply Chain and the Project Schedulers to develop the overall Project Schedule and Work Breakdown Structure for the assigned Project
- Participate in Schedule Reviews within FMC to ensure that schedule requirements are being met, determine shipping dates and to update the project schedule
- Ensure that the accounting process, including revenue and cost recognition and sales order activities are compliant
- Communicate and work closely with the SPS Services Manager on deliveries and to ensure scheduled shipment arrives on time
- Communicate requirements to relevant departments and employees to keep progress on track
- Min Diploma
- 3-5 years of experience
- Multi-tasking/Pro-active/Effective teamwork/Process oriented/Responsible/Effective time management/Organizing skills/SAP knowledge
