Job description
Responsibilities :
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account status and relevant problems;

Provide data and guides to help the business development team;

Develop and monitor key performance indicators;

Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches;

Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience;

Suggest sales and other departments process improvements.

Requirements :
Proven work experience as a Customer Service Manager min 3 years working experience ;

Experience in establishing SOP & work flow for operation team;

Fluent in English (bonus will be mandarin);

If have experience in ISO application would be great;

Hands on experience with CRM systems (Freshdesh or Zendesk);

In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;

Excellent communication skills;

Analytical and multitasking skills;

Teamwork and motivational skills;

Able to work at BSD, South Tangerang.
