About the Role
Optimizing the Risk-Rewards Balance to support the achievements of GoFinance Organizational Objective within the boundaries of Credit and Fraud Risk across all Consumer lending products. You will focus on driving the optimization of Risk adjusted return and writing the boundaries of sustainable portfolio growth.
What You Will Do
Formulate Portfolio lifecycle policy for all Consumer loan products, from cross-selling, limit management, use cases access as well as collection strategies. Conceptualise and lead the execution of policies/strategies that enable effective risk management whilst facilitating business growth opportunities.Continuously monitor and manage the achievement of Risk Appetite metrics. Ensure the effectiveness of currently prevailing fraud and credit risk policy/processes together with all the other relevant stakeholdersIdentify and integrate tools owned by other stakeholders in Gojek to improve policy effectivenessReview and provide effective challenges on deployment of new score models, processes, product features to ensure alignment with risk appetite.Embed external systems and/or alternative data to build 360 degree assessment modules by establishing external partnership and/or other Fin-tech ecosystems.Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure that Consumer Credit and Fraud Risk policies and processes are applied consistently and thoughtfully as the organisation continues to scale. This will include alignment with any parties within the GoTo ecosystem
What You Will Need

About the Team
GOFinance Consumer Risk team manages the Credit, Fraud and Operational Risk side of the lending business. The Head of Portfolio Risk Management will supervise a team of 3 Risk analysts.
Our Objective as part of GoTo’s Risk Team, especially as the Financial Services Platform Risk Team, is to ensure a safe and trusted platform that our users can trust, rely on, and love to come back to. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, our team manages the Credit and Fraud Risk side of the consumer lending business. Our team consists of multi-background individuals. We work together to anticipate and predict potential credit risk and fraud threats by building tools to minimize the credit and fraud loss whilst maximizing net revenue. We partner closely with several cross-functional teams to ensure safe and sustainable business growth and reliable financial services for our users, our GoTo businesses, and our extended ecosystem. Our team is constantly working on projects that continuously bolster our risk management framework, maintain the highest standard of best practices, and improve the resilience of our GTF services products. This is a particularly exciting time to join our family as we’re focused on scaling this team to support GoTo’s growing markets, businesses, and future product launches, propelling our services to all corners of the globe.
