Job description

Key Responsibilities *


Strategy and Planning

  • Design and execute short and long term sales plan
  • Create coordination with other function in making strategy in order to achieve target

Business Performance and Management

  • Obtaining profitable results by increasing Area lending and funding portfolio
  • Increase market share by identify and evaluate potential target market & industrial trend
  • Responsible for target achievement of all Branches within coverage Area
  • implementation of short and long term sales plan and manage sales team under coverage supervision

People Management

  • Manage sales team by developing team through directing, evaluating and motivating
  • Responsible on branch staff fullfilment as per budget

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure all branches activities are prudence and in accordance with guidance


Job Specification *


Qualifications

(Basic Degree/Diploma etc)

Min. Bachelor Degree in the relevant discipline (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics/Financial Engineering)


Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements

Risk Management Certification Level 3


Relevant Work Experience

Min. 7 years experiences as Sales , EBB/Comercial Lending and/or exposure in Operation and Service
