Job description
Plan and execute all digital marketing activities using the website, social media, and many digital advertising platforms.

Responsible for advertising on Google AdWord and other digital marketing platforms, operating advertising and optimization, formulating advertising mechanisms and strategies, analyzing advertising data, and summarizing the experience.

Carry out advertising data analysis, optimize advertising structure, complete sales targets and increase input-output ratio, and be responsible for the result.

Perform data analysis and summary of advertising data, channels, and advertising creative performance, continuously optimize, provide data support, summarize problems and formulate solution strategies, regularly detect advertising effects, and analyze and organize data.

Work with the internal student acquisition team, be their partner and suggest the best digital solutions to grow their product (increase audience among high school students and develop social media).

Monitor and optimize campaigns to be more efficient in Cost Per Metrics, such as lower Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Click, etc.

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals metrics, identify trends and insights, and give recommendations for the following campaigns.

Cooperating an influencer (KOL) or another related brand for collaboration.
Have experience building social media and official websites by creating organic content or paid ads (copywriting and design).

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, IT, Communication Science, or Digital Marketing Training.

Have experience in running digital advertising and strong knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEO, SEM, GDN, FB Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics), social media marketing, e-commerce, and digital ads.

Have skills to maintain UIUX design and the content of WordPress websites.

Have knowledge of the concept of funnel marketing and its application in digital ad platforms.

Have knowledge of digital ad metrics to measure each marketing funnel performance.

Have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

Having skills in data processing using CRM is an advantage.

Advanced in Social Media and Website Management.

Have deep knowledge and passion for Digital Marketing or Advertising & Promotion area.

Positive mindset, ability to work in a team and individually, creativity, and high standards of professionalism.

Active in social media & have a network among influencers.
