About Our Client

A multinational data centre company who is currently in the midst of expansion and looking for a Data Center Facility Supervisor to assist them at this time of growth.

Job Description

  • Comply with Finance Procurement Policy and SOPs for all stages of purchasing procedures with timely and accurate entries into Netsuite systems for Manager's reviews.
  • Coordinate the invoices verification and approvals of DC site to be ready for invoices processing by Finance.
  • To promptly update and Assist Manager with contract vendors/suppliers in upkeeping the DC soft facilities functions eg cleanliness, pest control, landscape, etc as instructed by Manager.
  • Participate in weekly site walk with the Operations Team and Facilities Maintenance Team to ensure safety and cleanliness of the DC environment.
  • Maintain sufficient supplies of office stationery's/supplies, pantry items, weekly fruits, hand sanitizers, etc.
  • Maintain/ensure good working condition of AEDs, air purifiers, office equipment, auto hand-sanitizers dispensers, etc.
  • Arrange security clearance on vendors' movements and escort their deliveries.
  • Arrange meeting rooms bookings, ensure that the meeting rooms are clean, beverages well-stocked, audio/visual equipment are in working condition, or provide meeting room admin support, etc.
  • Assist Manager in security/vehicle clearance for VIPs/visitors, preparation/purchase of refreshments and visit logistics.
  • Input DC team's expense claims (eg. Business travel, local travel, uniform/safety shoes claims, etc.) with supporting receipts by keying into system for Manager to review.
  • Takes minutes on rotation basis with the Team on meetings. Participate/involve in Tower initiatives.
  • Follow through maintenance schedules of office equipment, AED, pantry electrical to ensure optimal uptime. Ensure sufficient stock of PPE and relevant safe management measures signage are put up at appropriate locations.
  • Assist to put up festive decorations (eg country's key gazetted public holdings). Assist to organise team bonding events to promote and strengthen camaraderie.
  • Assist with the training logistics, corporate/festive gifts procurement, issue lockers and staff uniform to new joins, etc
  • Assist Manager on admin support on the logistics for Emergency Respond/Fire Drills and Pandemic Plans, etc. Keep track on 1st Aid items inventory, AED, etc and procure when necessary.
  • Any other duties or projects as assigned by Manager or Management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Office Admin or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in performing office admin, procurement duties, real estate/property management and or soft facilities like WSH, pest control, etc
  • Experience in working in data centre facility or similar environment
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and communicate well and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
