Job deskripsi :

  • Melakukan pengawasan terhadap Invoice yang sudah dikirim kepada pelanggan guna memastikan pembayarannya tepat waktu
  • Menyiapkan kelengkapan dokumen-dokumen penagihan guna menghindari timbulnya hambatan atas ketidaklengkapan atau kesalahan data dalam proses penagihannya
  • Membantu mengerjakan tugas-tugas lain yang berhubungan dengan penagihan invoice yang diberikan oleh Credit Control Operation
  • Memastikan ketertiban proses administrasi dan pembayaran pelanggan di bagian penagihan
  • Memastikan laporan Administrasi di bagian pembayaran bisa disajikan tepat waktu sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan
  • Memastikan File-File penagihan tersusun dalam keadaan rapi, sesuai dengan urutannya dan secara berkelanjutan tetap terjaga dengan baik
  • Membuat laporan untuk bagian penagihan yang menjadi tanggung-jawabnya guna memastikan status dan proses tagihan hariannya dapat diawasi dengan baik

Requirements

D3 Administrasi/Akuntansi/Manajemen/Keuangan Mengetahui pelatihan dasar-dasar PPh Perorangan dan PPh Badan Memiliki pemahaman dan pengetahuan yang sangat baik tentang invoice dan dasar perpajakan Memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun dan mengawasi pengaturan file-file perpajakan (bukti potong) secara berkelanjutan Memiliki kemampuan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan rutinitas pembuatan laporan administrasi (harian, bulanan, semesteran ataupun tahunan) Menguasai proses administrasi dan pembayaran invoice secara komprehensif
