Description & Requirements

  • Develop and manage a “best in class” and “kick-ass” integrated Content Studio Team
  • Be the driver for strategic creative work and ensure that creative- communication streams- and related technologies become an integral component of Content Studio Team’s creative offering.
  • Manage and collaborate with the online & offline designer team- be hands-on- get down into the trenches to help team members out
  • Collaborate with strategy and project management teams to create and develop creative solutions to meet brand teams’ expectation.
  • Help to manage staffing in their performance and quality of work and resource/manpower forecasts
  • Stay abreast of latest technology trends so as to refine creative strategies and inspire the team
  • Be highly knowledgeable in understanding customer needs in marketing- emerging technology and trends and incorporate into the creative process


  • Art design background is preferred
  • 10+ years professional experience in a well-established- creative role with a proven track record of success
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking. Able to “make it happen”- i.e. see through the entire process from ideation to production
  • Superior understanding and application of integrated creative strategy
  • Solid understanding and experience of creating content- deep understanding of local trend and culture nuances- awareness of emerging trends in the region- creative integration across channels (digital- ecommerce- social and traditional advertising)
  • Have a deep knowledge of social and eCommerce channels and a rich experience on social maintenance and eCommerce campaigns
  • Having had experience in FMCG with Client Service oriented
  • Must be highly organized and experienced managing a team from concept to production to delivery. Must be confident and comfortable and articulate to present to senior management
  • Passionate and hard working with good interpersonal skills- ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment- enjoys a learning and challenging environment
  • Technically be proficient in photoshop- illustrator- motion & copywriting skills
  • Good oral and written English
