Responsible for managing and supporting effective and efficient planning and execution of the order realization process and overall responsibility is to ensure sales recognition with District for Indonesia Market.

In this role your key responsibilities would be:

  • Lead and develop the Commercial Operations team to ensure the long- and short-term capabilities.

  • Drives Commercial Operations transformation (where required) towards digital capabilities through transparency/visibility and data-driven decision making.

  • Collaborate and engage in customer negotiations, quotes and contract management deals together with the sales organization

  • Drives an optimal balance of supply and demand through integrated planning and effective inventory management to maximize performance and profitability.

  • Proactively embeds quality in products and processes while complying with relevant business and regulatory requirements to deliver on our customer promise.

  • Actively drives integration across the E2E value chain by identifying key drivers of value and influencing others to work cross-functionally to increase operational excellence and customer value.

  • Highlight and monitor funnel controls and reviews issues with key stakeholders.

  • Ensures that output of our facilities and 3PL activities meets current and future demands, regulatory and service requirements and is delivered with competitive costs and speed to our customers

  • Establishes a responsive, agile operations, by translating our strategy into processes and policies.

  • Creates and maintains a safe working environment that continuously improves the Health and Safety of workers, training, review of performance and provision of sufficient resources to maintain an effective H&S program.

  • Initiates changes to supply chain management concepts in accordance with the customer requirements leading to continuous improvements across the E2E supply chain.

  • Actively drives a culture of continuous improvement leveraging LEAN methodology and Philips Excellence Practices.

  • Drives excellence in project management and sales operations within Philips.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree and >10 years of professional experience in supply chain and operations management.

  • Experience in other commercial functions (PM, Purchasing, sales operations).

  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Supply Chain and Operations management.

  • Strong process mindset demonstrated in process improvement role or management of complex business projects.

  • Strong experience in managing multinational / multi-cultural teams in complex business Acts as a role-model for our Philips behavior's: Customer first, Quality & Integrity always, Team up to Win, Take Ownership to deliver fast, Eager to improve and inspire.

  • Lead Change: Strong change and program/ project management skills and experience, Strong key stakeholder management on a senior executive level in markets and businesses.
